Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Easy Tracker. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for activity that happens under your account. You can permanently delete your account and data anytime from Settings → Delete Account.

Subscriptions & Billing

Easy Tracker is free to use. Core features — manual logging, barcode scanning, and gym tracking — are always free. Easy Tracker Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited AI photo and text macro estimates.

• The subscription title, length, and price are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price disclosed at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your device's App Store account settings after purchase.

AI Estimates Are Not Medical Advice

Easy Tracker uses AI to estimate calories and macros from text and photos. These estimates are approximate and may be wrong. The app is a tracking tool, not a source of medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Do not rely on it to treat or manage any health condition. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.

User Content & Conduct

Easy Tracker includes a friends-only social feed where you can share workouts, photos, and comments ("user content"). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to store and display it to your friends as part of operating the app.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that depicts drugs or self-harm, and not to impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights.

• Shared photos pass automated moderation before they are posted.
• Every post can be reported from the ••• menu; reports are reviewed and acted on, typically within 24 hours.
• Every user can be blocked, which hides their content from you in both directions.
• We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering or disrupting the service, scraping, or using it to break the law. You may not use the app to build a competing product.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that estimates are accurate, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will revise the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
